Pinchwheel lifter motor error
Remedy
Call agent: 1. Use the power switch at the rear to turn off the printer, then disconnect the power cord. Reconnect the power cord, then turn on the printer. 2. Check for any visible obstacles restricting the movement of the pinchwheel assembly, then clear the obstruction. Service engineer: 1. Check that the pinchwheel motor assembly cable is undamaged and correctly connected to the engine PCA. 2. Replace the pinchwheel lifter motor. See Pinch Wheel Assembly. 3. Replace the engine PCA.
