Remedy
1. Switch the power off from the back of the product and disconnect the power cord. Reconnect the power cord and power on the product. 2. Make sure the connection between the computer and the product is functioning properly. 3. Try to upload the paper profile update file again. 4. Make sure the version of the paper profile update file is compatible with the firmware version the product is using. You can check this on the same Web page where you downloaded the paper profile update.
