Remote troubleshooting (call agent)1. Switch the unit off and on again.2. If the problem persist, go to the Extended support menu and use the saved Scanner calibrations.Onsite troubleshooting and solution (service engineer) Ensure the Main and Scan Bundle Board are properly connected, or replace Scan Bundle Board.
