Main PCA and Ink Cartridge Sensor PCA replaced at the same time
Remedy
Onsite troubleshooting and solution (service engineer) 1. The error appears if, during a service operation, the Main PCA and the Ink Cartridge Cover Sensor PCA are replaced at the same time. 2. To recover, do the repair by changing first one component (use the old component for this printer); after powering the printer off and on, change the other.
