Description
Input/Output problem through the network interface of the Formatter
Remedy
1. Switch the power off from the back of the product and disconnect the power cord. Reconnect the power cord and power on the product. 2. Check that the Network cable is correctly connected to the Formatter. 3. Check that the product has the latest firmware version. If not, update the firmware to the latest version. 4. Replace the Formatter. See Formatter.
